By hiring Fine Lines Lawn Care LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We provide the following lawn care services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Lawn mowing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Edging & trimming<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leaf removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fertilization & weed control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Other agreed-upon services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The exact scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Scheduling & Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Regular service schedules are subject to weather and operational delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours<\/strong> in advance to reschedule or cancel a service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Pricing & Payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • Prices are based on property size, service frequency, and specific service needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • The client must ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are secured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We are not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn (e.g., toys, hoses, sprinklers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions or excessive debris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          6. Liability & Warranty<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          • We take reasonable care in providing our services but are not liable for minor lawn damage due to normal operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to landscaping, irrigation, or property structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Lawn health depends on multiple factors beyond our control; we do not guarantee specific results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • Either party may terminate services with 2 days’ notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
