1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Fine Lines Lawn Care LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following lawn care services:
- Lawn mowing
- Edging & trimming
- Leaf removal
- Fertilization & weed control
- Other agreed-upon services
The exact scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Regular service schedules are subject to weather and operational delays.
- Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a service.
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on property size, service frequency, and specific service needs.
- Payment is due Due On Receipt.
- Late payments may incur a [10]% late fee.
- We accept cash, credit, checks, online payments
5. Access & Property Conditions
- The client must ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
- We are not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn (e.g., toys, hoses, sprinklers).
- We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions or excessive debris.
6. Liability & Warranty
- We take reasonable care in providing our services but are not liable for minor lawn damage due to normal operations.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to landscaping, irrigation, or property structures.
- Lawn health depends on multiple factors beyond our control; we do not guarantee specific results.
7. Termination of Service
- Either party may terminate services with 2 days’ notice.
- We may terminate service immediately for non-payment, safety concerns, or inappropriate conduct.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Services may be delayed due to weather or unforeseen events. We will notify you of rescheduling.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
